Architecture and interiors
Homes, shops and offices built to last.
I design new buildings, renovations and interiors for private clients and businesses, with particular care for the relationship between building, light and landscape. Every project starts with a site visit and careful listening, and reaches the site with detailed drawings, bills of quantities and materials already defined, so time and cost stay under control.

Public works and construction
Funded projects that get finished.
For municipalities, health authorities and regional bodies I handle design, works supervision, cost accounting, health and safety coordination and the certificate of completion, including projects funded by Italy’s Recovery Plan (PNRR) with strict deadlines. I know public procurement law from inside the construction site: variations, contractor claims and dealings with the project manager and heritage authorities are my everyday work.

Expert witness and litigation support
Technical opinions that stand up in court.
I act as court-appointed expert (CTU) and party-appointed expert (CTP) at the Courts of Agrigento and Sciacca, in civil and criminal proceedings, at first instance and on appeal. I assist private clients, companies and law firms with reports that are clear, verifiable and written to be understood by the judge: from the site inspection to the assessment of damages, through to observations on court-appointed reports.

Technical bids for contractors
A winning bid is written by someone who runs construction sites.
I support construction companies in public tenders awarded on the most economically advantageous tender. I read the tender rules criterion by criterion, find where the points are concentrated and turn improvements into concrete proposals that are consistent with the design and genuinely buildable. After the award I stay alongside the contractor on site.

Due diligence and permits
Before you buy, sell or renovate.
I check the planning and land-registry compliance of a property, the constraints that apply to it and the ways to regularise it, before a purchase, a sale or a building project. I handle amnesties, retrospective permits and compliance assessments, including files that have been stuck for decades.
