Villa Z

A natural pool among the palms.

Renovation of a villa and its garden on the Agrigento coast. The infinity pool, with its pale floor and irregular stone edges, is drawn like a natural cove: the existing rocks were kept and built into the rim.

Earth-toned plaster, timber and local stone tie the volumes to the palms and olive trees. A timber walkway crosses the water and leads to the house.
