An iconic residence given back to the Mediterranean.

Renovation of the villa at Cala Francese once owned by Silvio Berlusconi, returned to life in a refined contemporary language: essential volumes, pale surfaces and wide openings to the sea.

Timber pergolas, light curtains and a majolica fountain organise the garden into outdoor rooms, sheltered from sun and wind without losing the horizon. Designed with Arch. Gianni Gamondi; renovation works supervised by the studio.
